  1. googie Said,

Go to a qualified golf pro for the answer. This can be ascertained through the swing analysis. You may have developed a ” reverse pivot ” where the body forms a severe letter ” C ” configuration. This puts pressure on the back.

  2. thelau Said,

Because a golf swing puts tremendous, unnatural torque on the back. Hard to tell if you’re using the right posture, and yes, it’s relatively normal.

  3. weistie Said,

A good swing doesn’t put strain on the back , so I have back strain lol. The spine should actually be tilted away from the target . shoulders square and 90 degrees to the spine angle . No slumped posture allowed . so mentally picture our spine and shoulders as lines forming the letter T. Now tilt that T Away from the taget 15 to 20 degrees . That will put in in a good position for allieviating the strain. Sorry I can’t draw you a picture here. Get your hands on golf digest May 2010 pgs 152 , 153 has pictures illustrating what I am describing. Maybe the library or a golf buddy has a copy you can take a gander at.

  4. Jaliyah Said,

get a pro to look at it!

  5. Derek Said,

exercise the back before the first swing.
