what exercises can I do to increase the distance on my golf swing?

Is there any moves I can do on the driving range or in the gym to increase my distance on the golf course

Two of the best that I have found are:
1. Core exercises like crunches(this allows for a faster swing while still staying in control.
2. Squeeze a racket or tennis ball. You will be amazed at the distance gain from a little grip/forearm work.
Do some yoga…the flexibility you gain will put yards on your shots, also the mental part of yoga, the relaxation techniques, and breathing exercises will make you a better golfer
Do yoga. Flexibity matters in your backswing. Flexibility gives you more speed after your backswing. More speed gives you more power. More power gives you more distance.
