fuck that guy go for it. While distance isn’t everything, if your hitting it straight all the time then you can do it. Okay, I recommend you take a break for a little with your long game. Start working on your short game. At least 3 hours a day if your serious about this. And even after that you should go play 9/18 holes. If you keep this up, In a year or two, you just may see yourself in the PGA tour. But Also, In like 6 months, you should start playing Nike Tour events, to see how you play next to other PGA Tour hopefuls. Youv’e got the talent, now all you need is to pour your heart and soul into this game. Good Luck

Wait —nevermind, your chances are slim to none. Here’s the thing, if you really think you can make the tour, then take your “range” game to the course and see how you do. Start entering some local tournaments and establish a handicap if you’re serious. Otherwise, you’re nothing more than just another wannabe that swings out of their shoes at the range and hits it long but can’t do crap around the greens or approach. There’s more to the game than hitting long.

Is anyone else but me ready to be genuinely impressed by people’s truly meaningful (and verifiable) golf accomplishments. Let’s hear more about golfers breaking 80/90/100 for the first time; playing an 18-hole round with no 3-putts; eagling a hole after hitting that 315 yard drive; etc. And followed by a sincere question about how to reach the next level…
