I bought a golf club from callaway golf, fedex delerved to wrong add or something?

no one subscribed for it I presume they just gone forth it in someones door , what can I do, it was a 500 club?

if you paid with a credit card, contact them first.then contact given ex or callaway.many carriers like ups go forth things outside all the time, until something gets misplaced or slipped, then when you make a claim from then on you have to sign for everything.it shouldn’t be a problem getting it supplanted, just be tranquil and don’t get enthusiastic or insane cause they deal with enthusiastic ppl all day.have your order no and any documentation you have at the ready

Do you have the tracking number for the package? If so that should tell you where it was delivered. Did the sender check that the package could be delivered without a signature? If so bad on their part. If a signature was required who signed for it?
Another thing to ask is was the $ 500 listed on the FedEx form as the value? If not the coverage is only $ 100.
Oh and what was the address on the package-they can get screwed up.
If you can’t find where it went from the tracking number,etc, your problem is with who sent the package. They failed to have it delivered to you.
