dont forget tees
putter and someone who knows the rules to go with you
a good follow through
a putter
Your irons are set. You should also look into getting a pitching wedge, a putter, a driver and depending on your woods I would get one more.. a 3 and 5 is a good start. Other than that you sound like you are set to start.
did you get a putter…You need that too.
However…Begin your practice by going into the Range…Practice as much as you can with ALL your CLUBS…you need to feel the distance of every club…
Have a friend Video tape yourself hitting balls and review it later….Watch the Golf channels for tips in how to improve your swing.
and Remember…A bad day in the golf course, beat the hell out of a good day at the office
Enjoy and good luck
putter? maybe a golf glove if you like those.
ummm sandwedge pitchingwedge.
maybe some instructional videos?
other then that you seem to be good
I’m not understanding what you mean by “6 Callaway X16″. But anyway, your spalding irons will be fine to start. You’ll need a 3 wood, 5 wood and a 7 wood. Don’t get a driver starting out. You’ll need a wedge, sand or pitching and a putter, some balls, tees, and above ALL ELSE…….a few lessons from the pro at your local course. PLEASE GET THE LESSONS. You’ll learn the right way to grip the club, address the ball, strike the ball, etc. instead of picking up bad habits that you’ll have to unlearn later.
Putter? Tees
LESSONS.
Please do not practice on the golf course.
Practice on the driving range and putting green.
Become familiar with the rule “Let faster players through”.
On behalf of low handicappers everywhere I thank you.
tees y mucha paciencia !
