It is possibility as long as the line tip are the Sami circumference or at thing the plumbago shaft are smaller than the steel shaft. A typical iron line has a .370 fingertip. If you have a shop that does club reparation nearby, they should be able to cheque for you, but it is opening. Keep in brain that plumbago shaft are ignitor and it will modification the consciousness of the club.
You knowing it bettor? Answer in the comments!

This should not be a problem – I would have your course pro look at them to make sure and most courses have a club repair shop that can do the exchange for you. You could also call Callaway just to make sure.

hm,everything is possible.you can go to the store to have a try
Callaway X20 Tour irons got .355 Shaft Tip, called Taper shaft. I have no idea about Affinity system, but they are posssibly .370 shaft tip. It means the shaft is too big for your X2- Tour irons hosel. Another way is to bore the hosel but I would not recommed that. To make sure find a clubmaker in your area. Hopefully those graphite shaft are .355 shaft tip.
Technically it is possible like the others have said. However……Pulling graphite shafts is a very ,,,,and I mean very tricky situation. In order to pull the shaft the hosel must be heated just right to break the epoxy bond that holds the head and shaft together. Just a little too much heat and the shaft starts breaking down.
In the past I have installed what are called clean pull graphite shafts that others have bought off Ebay…….I Have not seen even one of the customers that were satisfied with the shafts. They always seem to break right at the hosel.
wbaker77 has given you some good advice on this one. Although shafts can be removed from the heads you will never successfully pull an entire set of graphite shafts from the heads. Even the best pullers screw up the odd shaft. Even if you were to pull the Affinity shafts they are not the best quality and you’d likely think the clubs were too light. They would also in all likelyhood be the wrong tip diameter to fit. Having said all this if you still want graphite shafts in those Callaways take them to a club repair shop and ask them to install a new set of shafts and weight the clubs to fit your swing. Better still take both sets and trade them in on a new or used set of irons.
