Can I buy Golf Clubs from China and sell them in the USA?

Is it leggel for me to buy callaway golf clubs directly from China and sell them in the US? or will the local Callaway representative/distributor try to shut me down?I do have a golf pro shop and was thinking about selling them in my pro shop

It is legal if you only do it once or twice and you sell it in person, but if you try to make a Business of it you can get fined and arrested

Mainly up to your luck. Usually some famous brands locate their factories in other countries ,such as some Asian countries because of the much cheaper materials . If you happen to come across the products from them ,you will be lucky .Ah,personal opinion.

It all probably depends on two things:
Do you have an agreement with your callaway rep?
Are the clubs from china actually knockoffs or are they really callaway?
Usually the min. order qty on real OEM items are too much for a shop so watch out.
